Managed Services
Bentley Products that are implemented on the Managed Services platform. As Bentley's Managed Services is a white glove service, we provide all of the necessary monitoring, infrastructure services, diagnostics, software troubleshooting, issue remediation, and security/SIOC functions.

Bentley Cloud Services Management (BCSM) SaaS Products
These products are implemented in a SaaS, multi-tenant environment. A list of the products that are within Bentley's SOC2 Type II report are in the BCSM folder.

Bentley's Desktop applications are implemented on-premise. Our Subscribers are responsible for the data security controls of project data and application environmental protections.
